You must acknowledge our return policy before submitting a return request

Most products sold by TowUniverse.com qualify for return or replacement within 60 days from the date your order ships. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be charged a 10% restock fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges.

TowUniverse.com does not provide shipping and/or return labels. Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to our returns location.

Past 60 days from ship date
Open or used items
Items missing original packaging
